Founded in 2009, we are a family owned and operated business located in the downtown of a charming little town of DeSoto, Missouri, south of St. Louis. Our business employs about 30 local artisans dedicated to the production of custom made-to-order cushion and pillows. These talented folks can turn a boring piece of fabric into a showpiece bound to become the focal point of any living space
Ready to Scale
Efficiency is a priority and we store and track all of our raw materials down to great detail. We currently operate in a 30,000 sq ft of room to run on top of thousands of square feet of available warehouse space and long term storage. Our automated machines include computerized embroidery, cushion stuffer, zipper machine and a large CNC cutter. Our facility is also setup to do drop-shipping.

Our Capabilities
The Hearth and Home Facility is a well-oiled machine with trackable live production management. Current production pegs us at over 1,000 custom cushions and pillows a month with the ability quickly to scale to 3,000 if needed. All manufacturing and product development is done on-site including locally sourced materials such as high quality foam, compressed batting, and Dacron
